2009-2010 Distinguished Speaker Series

Spokane College Women is dedicated to providing a variety of speakers who provide penetrating analysis in varied fields, such as education, science, law, politics, economics, philosophy, religion, and culture.  Locally recognized and nationally known experts provide highly respected perspectives within their sphere of expertise.

Time:  Doors open at 11:15 a.m.; lunch served at noon.

Location: The Lincoln Center, 1316 North Lincoln, Spokane,WA

Admission:  Lunch cost is $16.00 which includes an 18% gratuity, tax and setup fee.

Reservations & Deadline:  Reservations are required in order to attend any of our luncheons. Reserve by phone: 509-368-0695 (message line) or by e-mail: reservations@spokanecollegewomen.org.  Please notify us at the time of your reservation if you have special dietary needs or access accommodations that are required. Reservations must be confirmed one week in advance.

We appreciate our members letting us know if they are not planning to attend. They can also call the message line or send an e-mail.

Cancellations: You will be billed for all reservations you make unless you cancel prior to the Sunday before the luncheon.

Guests: We encourage members to bring guests. After two visits we expect guests to become members or they will be charged a speaker's fee.

Nonmember participants: Anyone attending more than two luncheons, who has not paid dues, may attend for an additional $10 speaker fee. Former members are treated as nonmembers until they reestablish their membership status.

Meetings: Regular meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday, September through April, exclusive of December. The November meeting will be the third Wednesday in consideration of the Thanksgiving holiday.
